Please Make Sure You - the Client - Review Our Policy on All Booked/Scheduled Reading Consultations
Prior to your scheduled consultation (reading), please take a moment to review the policies of AWWTA. Please be sure that you have read, understand, and agree to each:
- AWWTA consultations (bookings) and schedule are based on Central Standard Time (CST). Please know your time zone and make accommodations for availability (ie. a client in Ohio books with AWWTA and has scheduled a consultation for 3pm CST. In Ohio it will be 4pm EST; #2 A person in Los Angeles schedules a consultation for 1pm CST, In Los Angeles it will be 11am PST).
- When scheduling a consultation, please be sure that the date WORKS FOR YOU as you are responsible for being available during your designated time;
- ALL CLIENTS MUST USE THEIR REAL PHONE NUMBER. Text-Now numbers will be not be accepted.
- Please be in a secluded location where you can be alone with minimal distractions. Being able to focus. during your consultation is highly needed. There should be no background noise(s);
- Be mindful and respectful with your consultation time. If your consultation is for 30 minutes, please respect the time as there are other clients scheduled after your appointment;
- If you do not answer the phone when called, AWWTA (QuaTita Dean) will reach back out to you one last time;
- If you miss your appointment with AWWTA, please call our business office line and NOT the personal phone line of AWWTA. Personal phone complaints to AWWTA is unacceptable;
- If your scheduled consultation must be rescheduled you will hear from QuaTita’s assistant and/or our support team to be rescheduled. Please be patient during this time;
- Inquiries about bookings/appointments/reschedules should be made either by phone at 615-257-7978 or by email at AMajickWalk@gmail.com
- Phone Recordings - must be approved by QuaTita Dean, AWWTA, and all AWWTA Spiritual Readers. Please ask for permission at the beginning of your consultation

Disclaimer: At times there may be extenuating circumstances that may occur with scheduling. On the day of your consultation/reading, if AWWTA is unable to get to you, please do not fret! Either the Soul or the Spirit is waiting for another scheduled date for your message. Also, please note that during the tour season of AWWTA, some appointment times may have to be rearranged. Again, do not fret! The support team of AWWTA will reach out to you to accommodate you and will work diligently to get you rescheduled at the earliest opportunity. A confirmation message (email or text) will be provided of your new scheduled consultation time.
